Axel Heiberg Island Fossil Forest- In 1989, aerial photos were done in colour and black & white at 1:2000, 5000 and 10000 scales. However, CCI still needed close-up details taken from the air of particular areas in order to study the changes that had occurred since 1989. I suggested we use my kite aerial photography equipment, using my two Tyvek delta kites (3.5 m and 6 m).
